Meeting families in those sacred and painful moments

Having a child in the hospital — especially in the ICU — is one of the most difficult experiences a family can face. The days are long, the nights are restless, and many moments are filled with uncertainty. It’s not just the physical toll that weighs heavily, but the emotional and spiritual strain as well. Families are often far from the comfort of home, navigating medical decisions, emotional exhaustion, and the deep ache of watching their child suffer — all within the sterile walls of a hospital room.

For people of faith, this can also be a time of spiritual testing. Questions arise. Doubts creep in. Prayer can feel distant or dry. Yet, in the midst of suffering, there is still the possibility for grace — a chance to encounter God in a profoundly real and personal way.

Our mission is to meet families in those sacred and painful moments with care packages designed to uplift the heart and nourish the soul. Each package offers a mix of practical comforts and faith-based encouragement, reminding families that they are not alone — that even in sorrow, joy is possible, and that this time can be a place where faith is not lost, but deepened.

  • Care Packages

    We create care packages for ICU units that encourages spiritual growth and offer accompaniment to families. Special care packages are created for different liturgical seasons.

    We help with immediate financial & human needs of families who are burdened by having children who are hospitalized, are special needs, or succumb to a short life.

Questions & Answers

  • Currently we provide Care Packages at Nicklaus Children’s Hospitals to catholic families in ICU as well as baptism celebration packages to any family that request baptism in the hospital.

  • Yes we are a registered non-profit and all donations are tax deductible
